Face
Botox
Botox is a protein derived from botulism toxin that is injected underneath skin in order to minimize or smooth out lines and wrinkles on the face. When low doses of Botox are used, it actually paralyzes or relaxes facial muscles, giving the recipient a clean, smooth facial appearance. What kind of wrinkles do Botox injections treat? Wrinkles that are caused by muscle contraction, such as frown lines, crow’s feet, forehead creases, and neck bands can be safely and successfully treated with Botox.
The Risks of Botox
Of course, there are risks. It’s rare, but one can have an allergic reaction to Botox. Also, because it numbs the muscles, it can cause the appearance of surprise .Since Botox is temporary, these inconveniences don’t last long.
What is the Treatment like?
Cosmetic denervation with Botox is a simple and safe procedure. Using a tiny microneedle, a very small amount of Botox is injected, very precisely, into several locations on the face. Because the needle is so fine and only a small amount of liquid is used, the pain associated with the injections is minimal. Most patients compare the sensation to a bug bite. No sedation or local anesthetic is required, and you can resume normal activities immediately. You can even drive yourself home or back to the office. Some patients experience a slight temporary bruising at the injection site. This can be covered with make-up.
What Results Can I Expect?
If dynamic wrinkles make you look older than you are, cosmetic denervation can smooth these out and give you a more youthful and pleasant appearance. However, this procedure cannot improve wrinkles due to aging and sun-damaged skin since they are unrelated to facial muscle contractions. Botox injections will not improve sagging skin or replace the need for a facelift or brow lift.
How Much Time Does The Result Remain?
The Botox is not a permanent treatment, the body will absorb it in the time of six to eight month .
Fillers
What are dermal fillers?
If you’d like to restore youthful fullness to your face, enjoy plump lips, enhance shallow contours or soften those facial creases and wrinkles, dermal fillers may be the answer. Dermal fillers have been called “liquid face-lifts” because they offer many of the benefits of a surgical facelift without the downtime.
Although they can’t help with excess sagging skin, these soft tissue fillers can add more volume and provide immediate results at a lower cost than surgery. These treatments aren’t permanent, however, and they must be repeated and maintained.
Some dermal fillers are used in conjunction with other skin rejuvenation treatments such as injections of botulinum toxin. Your plastic surgeon will assess your needs and recommend one or a combination of treatments to achieve your desired results.
Special considerations, risks and recovery
There is no downtime with dermal fillers. You can resume most activities right away. Remember not to rub the treated area so that the filler material remains undisturbed. You’ll likely experience swelling or a bit of bruising, which should fade within a few days.
If you opt for human fat as a filler, you’ll notice an “over‘filled” appearance at first. It should resolve within a few hours or, in some cases, a few days. For some people, however, this over~filled appearance could last for a few weeks
Nose Fillers
Both the size and shape of an individual’s nose is determined by genetics, however many people are not happy with the appearance of their nose.
An alternative to rhinoplasty (nose reshaping surgery} is the nose filler (a non-surgical nose job}, which means that the structure of the nose is not changed Also known as the “5 minute Nose Job”, this type of nose job is accomplished by way of an injection known as dermal filler.
Nose fillers avoid the risks of surgery and have no effect on nasal breathing since it involves only injection into the skin The procedure is much more precise than surgical rhinoplasty, so more detailed adjustments to nasal contour are possible
Nose fillers can be used to:
- Straighten and lift the height of your nose bridge
- Reshape the tip of your nose
- Hide unwanted bumps
Fat Grafting
An outpatient procedure, fat grafting involves careful harvesting, sterile transfer and purification, and gentle placement next to a blood supply.
When the skin is still fairly elastic, frat grafting alone can be used to restore the natural, youthful contours of the face.
The Risks of Fat Grafting
Fat transfer risks are few, rare, and minimal. Soreness and swelling are possible, but they’re not experienced by every patient. The most significant down-side of the procedure is that your face or lips may simply reabsorb all or most of the fat injection. The chances of this happening can’t be predicted for a given individual, but it happens in up to half of all patients who receive fat injection treatments.
Is the fat transfer procedure painful?
The pain from fat grafting should be minimal in almost all cases. Discomfort should be only short term and usually can be managed with oral pain medication. If you are concerned about the pain, you may discuss options for prescription medication to be taken after the fat injections.
What is recovery like after the fat injection procedure?
Recovery after fat transfer is relatively fast and easy compared to other cosmetic surgery procedures. Incisions are usually avoided, and discomfort is minimal. Most patients can move about and engage in normal activities the same day of the injections
Nose
Rhinoplasty can enhance your appearance and your self-confidence, but it won’t necessarily change your look to match your ideal, or cause other people to treat you differently Before you decide to have surgery, think carefully about your expectations and discuss them with your surgeon.
The best candidates for rhinoplasty are people who are looking for improvement, in the way they look. If you’re physically healthy, psychologically stable, and realistic in your expectations, you may be a good candidate. Rhinoplasty can be performed to meet aesthetic goals or for reconstructive purposes~to correct birth defects or breathing problems.
Age may also be a consideration. Many surgeons prefer not to operate on teenagers until after they’ve completed their growth spurt‘around 14 or 15 for girls, a bit later for boys. It’s important to consider teenagers‘ social and emotional adjustment, too, and to make sure it‘s what they, and not their parents, really want.
Preparing Your Surgery
Your surgeon will give you specific instructions on how to prepare for surgery, including guidelines on eating and drinking, smoking, taking or avoiding certain vitamins and medications, and washing your face. Carefully following these instructions will help your surgery go more smoothly. While you‘re making preparations, be sure to arrange for someone to drive you home after your surgery.
The Procedure:
Results from rhinoplasty will vary according to several factors, type of skin, shape of the nose, etc. Results are individual and should not be compared with others. The nose can be increased or decreased, nostrils can be narrowed, the tip reshaped and elevated. Usually all of the incisions will be placed inside the nose To reduce the base of the nose or the nostrils small incisions are placed at base of the nostrils, hidden in the natural crease. Sometimes a small incision is made in the columella, the tissue that separates the nostrils. This can be used in more difficult cases or in re-operations. Though the small incisions cartilage and bone are treated to narrow and straight the nose To augment the nose cartilage from the septum or the ear can be used.
Operating Time: 1 to 2 hours or more
Anesthesia: Local with sedation, or general
In/Outpatient: Usually outpatient.
Side Effects: Temporary swelling, bruising around eyes and nose Some bleeding.
Facial
Worldwide, facials rank as the second most popular service next to a massage. A facial gives you a clear, well‘hydrated, and youthful skin. Basically, it cleans, exfoliates, and nourishes the skin, and specially focuses on addressing a specific or various needs of your skin, like rejuvenation and replenishment of the skin’s lost nutrients, using different skin care products and professional techniques in skin care. When done regularly, a facial actually boosts the effectiveness of your skin care regimen so you are better able to achieve your skin care goal, and helps to maintain your ideal skin condition in a major way. A facial can also be called a deep cleansing facial or deep pore cleansing facial because of the process of physically removing the clog in the pores, called extraction.
What is involved in a Facial?
The initial consultation with your surgeon is very important. The surgeon will need your complete medical history, so check your own records ahead of time and be ready to provide this information. Be sure to inform your surgeon if you have any allergies; if you’re taking any vitamins, medications (prescription or over~the-counter), or other drugs; and if you smoke.
In this consultation, your surgeon or a nurse will test your vision and assess your tear production. You should also provide any relevant information from your ophthalmologist or the record of your most recent eye exam. If you wear glasses or contact lenses, be sure to bring them along.
The Surgery:
Eyelid surgery (technically called blepharoplasty) is a procedure to remove fat- usually along with excess skin and muscle from the upper and lower eyelids. Eyelid surgery can correct drooping upper lids and puffy bags below your eyes – features that make you look older and more tired than you feel, and may even interfere with your vision. However, it won’t remove crow’s feet or other wrinkles, eliminate dark circles under your eyes, or lift sagging eyebrows. While it can add an upper eyelid crease to Asian eyes, it will not erase evidence of your ethnic or racial heritage. Blepharoplasty can be done alone, or in conjunction with other facial surgery procedures such as a face-lift or brow lift. If you’re considering eyelid surgery, this information will give you a basic understanding of the procedure~when it can help, how it’s performed, and what results you can expect. It can’t answer all of your questions, since a lot depends on the individual patient and the surgeon. Please ask your surgeon about anything you don’t understand.

Pigmentation
Several factors can contribute to the appearance of dark spots on the skin, although through undergoing a course of pigmentation treatment you will be amazed as just how much you could improve their appearance As we can offer a combination of pigmentation treatment methods you can be sure of enjoying the most amazing end result.
We offer a combination of these treatments for superior results:
LTCTM Advanced Intense Pulsed Light technology
Microdermabrasion, Laser Therapy and Ultrasound treatments
The LTCTM Advanced Intense Pulsed Light technology produces a light that eliminates flaws without damaging the surrounding tissue. A sapphire crystal wave-guide conducts the filtered light to the target chromophores in the tissues causing the unwanted skin lesions to heat up and disintegrate/disappear. Discoloration of the skin and hyper-pigmentation can be irradiated.
The Treatments
A cold gel is applied to the area to be treated. After which the sapphire crystal wave-guide is gently applied to the skin and pulses of light are applied.
You should feel no more than the sharp snap of a rubber band against the skin. The treatment is extremely fast and an area of the face such as the cheeks may take less than 5 minutes to treat whilst the full face may take just 20 minutes. After the treatment the lesion will initially look a little darker and start to peel or fade in the next couple of weeks.
Significant results can usually be seen at the end of a course of6 treatments, leaving an interval of 2 e 3 weeks between treatments.
The treatment is tailored to your individual needs and approved by our medical expert.
Medical Micro-dermabrasion Laser
The Microdermabrasion, Laser Therapy and Ultrasound treatment involves an advanced form of deep skin exfoliation, encouraging skin renewal, gently and uniformly removing the pigmented superficial layers from the epidermal level without damage, revealing the clearer skin beneath. Epidermis renewal usually occurs within four and five days. The Laser stimulates the production of fresh new skin cells and collagen.
The Treatment
The procedure is performed by passing a hand held device that uses a highly controlled flow of fine, medical grade crystals over the skin. You should feel no more than a sharp scratching sensation. After which the Laser technology is applied.
After the treatment the surface treated may have some spots of blood, and these may scab and take about a week to heal. Inflammation (active redness} is a consequence of fibroblast collagen resulting in more elastic skin. The depth of the pressure applied is at the professional’s discretion and may vary from treatment to treatment. The advantage of this treatment is that above all it works in harmony with, and respects the biological structure of the skin tissue. Epidermis renewal usually occurs within four and five days depending on the length of the treatment or depth of abrasion, leaving a space of about five to six days between treatments. After each treatment it is best to apply the professionally recommended products, to accelerate the skin tissue repair and lightening of the pigmentation With repeated treatments you will notice a steady improvement in skin texture and appearance Improvement is sometimes evident from the first couple of treatments and continues throughout the treatment program. The treatment is tailored to your individual needs and approved by our medical expert.
